(VITA) Program Help families keep more of what they earn
through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program. Experience making a difference by helping families receive
free tax preparation services. VITA is a program that provides free tax preparation to low - to - moderate - income
families. IRS certified volunteers receive training to help prepare basic tax returns. Help people keep more of
what they earn and bring millions of dollars into our local economy. Volunteer as little as three hours a week from
January to April. Online, self-study or hands-on training sponsored by the IRS.
